Dave Kincaid
Program Manager / Campus Pastor

David Kincaid graduated from the Southwest Florida Men’s Center in August of 2003. Originally from California David decided to remain in Florida and follow God’s call into full-time ministry. With a passion for discipleship David continued his education and became a Certified Behavioral Health Technician through the state of Florida. Serving as an intern at his home church, Covenant Community Ministries, David received his ministerial license and was ordained in December of 2007 through Vital Vision Ministries. David has served in several leadership positions since joining the team in Ft. Myers where he now serves as our Campus Pastor. A student of the Emerging Leaders Program, David also serves as the representative on our men’s campus for the Student track and on the regional creative committee for ELP. David met his wife Trista and were married in 2006.

Jessie Myers
Education Coordinator

Jessie Myers graduated the Middle Georgia Teen Challenge program of Dublin, GA in the spring of 1998. He stayed on staff until 2000, enrolling into the Teen Challenge International Ministry Institute (TCIMI). Jessie graduated in June of 2001 and became an Educational Associate at the Ft. Myers Men’s Center. Currently, he is enrolled in the Emerging Leaders staff track and is serving as the Education Coordinator. In December of 2007 he was married to his wife Connie. He and his wife Connie, live in Cape Coral with their three children.



Jason Justice
Outreach Coordinator/Stay Sharp

Jason Justice graduated the Southwest Florida Teen Challenge Men’s program in January of 2007. Jason Justice serves as the Outreach Coordinator at our adult men’s center. Since his own life transformation, his desire is to share Christ’s message of hope to others. He serves as the Stay Sharp representative for Southwest Florida. Stay Sharp is a high impact, interactive drug prevention program designed to educate young people on substance abuse and the consequences of drug usage. Along with video presentations, teenagers hear personal stories from our own students’ experiences with drugs. Jason and his team have presented this program to over 5000 teenagers within public schools, youth groups and juvenile detention centers. He opens each Stay Sharp event by saying, “We come into your doors today, so that you will not have to come into our doors tomorrow.



Sandy Cummings
Administrative Assistant


Sandy Cummings has been a part of the Teen Challenge family since 2005 where she served at the Southwest Florida Women’s Home as the Choir/Drama Coordinator. She has also engaged the women in teaching, counseling, and led them in ministry during church rallies. Sandy now serves in our Administration Office as the Executive Assistant to the Director. Sandy was married to her husband Kevin in October of 2003.
