Kevin Cummings is the Executive Director of Southwest Florida Teen Challenge, Men’s and Women’s Centers. He has worked extensively with troubled youth and adults in addiction for over ten years. On September 1, 1997, at twenty-one years of age,
Kevin walked through the doors of Teen Challenge. Bound by substance abuse and in desperate need of life transformation, he submitted himself to Christ and life was never to be the same again. Kevin graduated from the Sanford Training Center on August 28, 1998 and furthered his call to ministry at Teen Challenge in Ft. Myers, FL. He has served in several leadership roles such as classroom teaching, curriculum development, and coordination of church events and street outreaches to needy areas. Kevin also worked for two years with at-risk teenagers as Youth Pastor of Christ Community Church of Cape Coral.
In 2003, Kevin was married to his wife, Sandy, who began to work full-time with the women’s center for the next three years. They now serve together in helping people come out of addiction and reach their full potential in Christ.
